Community Lunch Celebration: 3 Years of Connection! π₯³
Join us for a special Community Lunch celebrating three years of Hampton Park Community Groups Connect.
Over this time, local community groups, clubs and their members have come together to strengthen
connections and build a more inclusive, resilient Hampton Park. Hosted by Hampton Park Community House
and Holy Trinity Anglican Church, this event is part of Neighbourhood House Week, where weβll also be
contributing to Australiaβs record attempt for the Largest Community-Led Lunch.
We warmly invite all local groups and their members to join us and celebrate. Let's work together to keep Hampton Park's community story alive

Find Your Balance: Saathi Yoga Program
Start your weekend with intention and energy! We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Saathi Yoga Program, a weekly sanctuary for your body and mind held at the Arthur Wren Hall.
"Saathi" means companion, and that is exactly what this program offersβa supportive environment where you can practice alongside your community. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, these sessions are designed to be inclusive, restorative, and revitalizing.

Guided Practice: Professional instruction focusing on flexibility, strength, and mindful breathing.

What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel. We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing.
